At You Must Create, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and processed your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
